Vasant follows all sports and is a fan of the Indian cricket team, Roger Federer and the Warriors. He is also an avid reader and loves to listen to NPR.

Karan is the visionary of the company and Equilibrium is his brainchild. Karan's experiences as an accomplished athlete, biomedical engineer and kinesiologist have helped define what this product will do. Besides work, Karan is passionate about food, wine, and poker.

Prathamesh is the man behind the visualization, design and creation of our physical product. A top notch electrical engineer, he loves building fun stuff like robots that handle library books and move around without bumping into things. Prathamesh is also a huge Hollywood buff and a very accomplished chef.
Ami is our core product specialist handling a lot of the customer facing layers including the desktop layer, the mobile layer and the infrastructure integration. In addition to being a brilliant technologist, Ami is an avid reader - her favorite authors being Jeffrey Archer and John Grisham. She loves to solve puzzles and is our designated Sudoku junkie.
Harsh is our ML champion and drives the insight generation layers of Equilibrium. Besides being a brilliant engineer he is also a big time sports fan - a dedicated supporter of the Indian cricket team and Liverpool in the EPL. And when not writing code or exhorting his teams, he loves playing the guitar and listening to music.
Anureet is our web and usability specialist and is responsible for our exceptionally effective web interface. Anureet loves to travel and thoroughly enjoys experiencing the cultures of her many destinations. She is an avid reader of fantasy novels from authors like Patrick Rothfuss and also follows tennis - in particular, Novak Djokovic.

Ron Allice is a recognized figure and a legendary USA Track and Field coach. He has held several influential positions such as the US Head Coach at the 2016 World Indoors Championship and the Director of Track and Field for 19 years at the University of Southern California.
Joe has been coaching distance running and track and field for 28 years. He has been the head coach for men’s and women’s cross country, and track and field at Rutgers University at Camden, where he produced 10 Division III All-Americans, including two individual national champions. Simultaneously, he spent a decade coaching the USMC’s All-Marine running program, where he coached three CISM World Championship teams for the United States Armed Forces (marathon and cross country). He has also coached United Olympic Trials Qualifiers in both the marathon and Javelin. Joe has served on an advisory panel for New Balance and is a frequent contributor to articles that have appeared in Runner’s World and other fitness publications.
Dr. Nikhil Latey is a physiotherapist and sports scientist. He served as Head of Sports Science and Rehabilitation at the Olympic Gold Quest for India for 7 years and went to the Olympics in London and Rio. He has worked as a personal physiotherapist to Mary Kom, Saina Nehwal, and Gagan Narang. He currently manages a Function Restoration and Performance Enhancement Center focussed on sport-specific assessments.
Dhaval exhibits an entrepreneurial talent for quickly seeing through the noise to form solutions. He has partnered with clients across several industries for over 13 years providing business consulting, brand strategy, and digital guidance. Dhaval effectively drives innovation and excellence across the organization by challenging the status quo.
Rajani has held a variety of positions, from running her own companies in India to scaling a multi-billion company from a start up to a fully operational business. Currently she serves as an independent board member, advisor and investor in several technology startups. Rajani was the former COO of Salesforce.com and over the course of 14 years, she helped build it from a startup into a high growth Fortune 500 company.
Ganesh has been a founder, strategist, general manager, entrepreneur, business development and alliances leader, venture capital investor and a software engineer. With experience in technology, healthcare and education sectors, he is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives using innovation.
With over twenty years in F500 and start-up companies, Jai has held leadership roles in research, product development, business development and corporate strategy. He holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He has authored several publications and over 40 patents. He is a founding partner with Kairosys, an agriculture decision support solution company. Prior to Kairosys, he founded Synchronexus, a bespoke embedded systems engineering and IoT solution provider.
